What Is Included

  • Spring/Summer AC Tune-Up


  • Clean outdoor condenser coil
  • Inspect indoor coil and blower wheel
  • Check refrigerant levels, temperature split and electrical component
  • Test motors, capacitor, contactor and compressor
  • Clear condensate drain line
  • Tighten all electrical connection
  • Check thermostat operation
  • Visual inspection of ductwork and plenums
  • Replace customer-provided filters


  • Fall/Winter Heating Tune-Up


  • Inspect heat exchanger (gas furnace) and burner assembly
